Our Process

Atropos develops practical solutions. Our process starts by assisting clients in problem identification, and continues with the formulation of strategic alternatives and the implementation of a plan which delivers the appropriate stakeholder value. We also work to establish the trust and confidence management and creditors require to ensure optimum results. Throughout our experience we have developed philosophies and methods that have proven effective in reaching successful resolutions.

We focus on actions that create value under the unique conditions of each engagement.

  • Committed

Our principals are personally involved in each engagement.

  • Experienced

Our broad experience and diverse management skills allow us to appreciate the unique concerns and circumstances surrounding each engagement.

  • Realistic

We can be relied upon to be candid and frank in our assessment of each situation. While we may develop alternate strategies, we implement only those that have the full understanding and commitment of the stakeholders.
